Tinnitus is caused by a long list of possible situations.  The one that is frequently overlooked is muscular, which causes about 10% of all tinnitus problems. If muscles are the problem, only treating the muscles will give results.

The primary muscle is the Sternocleidomastoid (SCM), which goes from your collarbone to the bone in the back of your ear, called the mastoid bone.  When the SCM is tight it is putting pressure on the mastoid bone.  This has been proven to cause not only tinnitus, but also upset equilibrium.

This video may possibly help you if you are in that small percentage, but it’s worth its weight in gold if it is your problem.

This video is a gift from me.  Please share it with anyone who is suffering from tinnitus, it may help them.
